-My name is Mayra , the owner of Lash Babe Beauty I am a Licensed Lash Artist I enjoy making others feel more Confident and Beautiful , As an Artist at heart I pour my creativity into every lash extension set carefully tailoring the length, curl, and style to match your unique features and desired look every set is customized to your eyes , book your appointment now to get your desire lash set Ready BOOKING AND APPOINTMENT • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment. This amount goes toward your total balance. • Contact when arrived for building information. • Payment: Remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Accepted payment methods: (cash, Afterpay , debit or credit , Zelle, etc.) • New Clients: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to fill out consent forms and have a full consultation about your desire look. CANCELATIONS AND RESCHEDULING • 24–48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeit of your deposit for rescheduling. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total and may be denied future bookings. • Repeated cancellations may require prepayment for future services. LATE POLICY • You have a 10 minute grace period. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened (with full payment still required). • Being more than 15 minutes late without notice will be considered a no show and will need to be rescheduled with additional new deposit. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT • Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes (no mascara, oils, or skincare products). • Do not curl your lashes or wear strip lashes before your appointment. • Remove contact lenses before starting. 🚿AFTER CARE • Avoid water, steam, or sweating for 24–48 hours after your set. • Clean lashes regularly with an oil-free cleanser. • Avoid rubbing or pulling your lashes. • Schedule fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain your set and the health of your natural lashes. • Avoid sleeping on face • Avoid using extreme oil products around eye area. • Extra shedding may occur during women’s cycle due Hormonal Fluctuations – During menstruation, estrogen and progesterone levels drop. These hormones play a role in hair growth cycles, so a temporary imbalance can push more lashes into the shedding (telogen) phase. Do not hesitate to reach out for any additional questions. 💵REFUNDS AND SATISFACTION • No refunds on services — time and materials are non-recoverable. • If you experience excessive fall-out within 48 hours, please contact me.
